Service Description
Our ABA therapy support is personalized to each child's unique strengths, needs, and developmental goals. Behaviour plans are developed and supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), ensuring that interventions follow evidence-based practices. ABA Therapy Support begins after the completion of an ABA Psycho-Educational Assessment. Once the assessment is completed, families may choose to purchase an ABA Program Plan from our Care Plan Page or schedule flexible hourly therapy sessions (minimum of 2 hours per session). Sessions are delivered by trained Behaviour Technicians who implement the structured plan through guided activities and skill-building exercises. During and after each session, technicians collect data and monitor progress to support ongoing adjustments to the child's program. Services are provided in the home or community, allowing children to practice meaningful skills in familiar environments while building confidence and independence. Services focus on implementing behaviour support strategies developed by supervising professionals and do not replace CLINICAL ABA Therapy Services.
Cancellation Policy
Radiant Star Care Plan Policy 📌 Packages & Services All care is provided through hourly services or prepaid packages designed for consistent, reliable support. Packages must be used within the stated timeframe. 🔄 Renewals Care packages are not automatically renewed. Clients may choose to purchase a new package once their sessions are completed or nearing expiry to continue care without interruption. 📅 Scheduling All visits must be booked in advance. Regular scheduling is encouraged to maintain consistency. Same-day requests are subject to availability. 🔄 Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged in full. 💳 Payments Packages are paid in full before services begin. Hourly services are billed as agreed at booking. Services may be paused for overdue payments. 💰 Refunds & Unused Sessions Packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions must be used within the package timeframe. Extensions may be granted at Radiant Star’s discretion in special circumstances. 🧑⚕️ Care Standards All services are provided by trained caregivers and tailored to each client’s needs. Radiant Star prioritizes safety, dignity, and compassionate support at all times.
