Cancellation Policy

Radiant Star Care Plan Policy 📌 Packages & Services All care is provided through hourly services or prepaid packages designed for consistent, reliable support. Packages must be used within the stated timeframe. 🔄 Renewals Care packages are not automatically renewed. Clients may choose to purchase a new package once their sessions are completed or nearing expiry to continue care without interruption. 📅 Scheduling All visits must be booked in advance. Regular scheduling is encouraged to maintain consistency. Same-day requests are subject to availability. 🔄 Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged in full. 💳 Payments Packages are paid in full before services begin. Hourly services are billed as agreed at booking. Services may be paused for overdue payments. 💰 Refunds & Unused Sessions Packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions must be used within the package timeframe. Extensions may be granted at Radiant Star’s discretion in special circumstances. 🧑‍⚕️ Care Standards All services are provided by trained caregivers and tailored to each client’s needs.
