Service Description
Our In-Home Personal Support service provides reliable, one-on-one assistance with daily living activities in the comfort of the client's home. Care is tailored to individual needs and may include personal hygiene support, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, appointment escort, and transportation assistance. Each care plan is designed to promote dignity, independence, and consistency while ensuring families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones is supported by trained caregivers. 📌 Service Structure & Booking Policy All in-home care visits have a minimum booking of 2 hours per visit to ensure continuity of care and effective support for each client. Families can choose care in two ways: Flexible Scheduling: Select the number of visits per week based on individual needs. Care Packages: Choose from our structured senior care packages for consistent, ongoing support and simplified scheduling. Each care plan is tailored following an initial consultation to ensure the right level of support is provided
Cancellation Policy
Radiant Star Care Plan Policy 📌 Packages & Services All care is provided through hourly services or prepaid packages designed for consistent, reliable support. Packages must be used within the stated timeframe. 🔄 Renewals Care packages are not automatically renewed. Clients may choose to purchase a new package once their sessions are completed or nearing expiry to continue care without interruption. 📅 Scheduling All visits must be booked in advance. Regular scheduling is encouraged to maintain consistency. Same-day requests are subject to availability. 🔄 Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged in full. 💳 Payments Packages are paid in full before services begin. Hourly services are billed as agreed at booking. Services may be paused for overdue payments. 💰 Refunds & Unused Sessions Packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions must be used within the package timeframe. Extensions may be granted at Radiant Star’s discretion in special circumstances. 🧑⚕️ Care Standards All services are provided by trained caregivers and tailored to each client’s needs.
