Service Description
Senior Respite Care provides temporary in-home or community support for older adults while family caregivers take a break or attend to personal responsibilities. Whether for a few hours during the day, an extended visit, or overnight support, our trained caregivers ensure your loved one remains safe, comfortable, and supported. Care may include assistance with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility support, and supervision. Respite care allows families to take necessary breaks while ensuring continuity of care in a familiar environment. 📌 Minimum Visit Minimum booking: 2 hours per visit Families may schedule respite care as needed or arrange recurring visits for ongoing caregiver relief. 💰 Rate $45/hour (standard personal support rate) Extended or overnight respite may be arranged based on availability 📌 Care May Include *Companionship and supervision *Personal care assistance *Meal preparation and feeding support *Mobility and transfer assistance *Medication reminders (non-clinical) *Light housekeeping related to client care *Emotional reassurance and engagement Respite Care Pricing 🕒 Half-Day Respite 4–6 hours of care $180-$220 Full-Day Respite 7–10 hours of care $380 flat rate Overnight Respite Overnight supervision and support $380 per night Flat Rate
Cancellation Policy
Radiant Star Care Plan Policy 📌 Packages & Services All care is provided through hourly services or prepaid packages designed for consistent, reliable support. Packages must be used within the stated timeframe. 🔄 Renewals Care packages are not automatically renewed. Clients may choose to purchase a new package once their sessions are completed or nearing expiry to continue care without interruption. 📅 Scheduling All visits must be booked in advance. Regular scheduling is encouraged to maintain consistency. Same-day requests are subject to availability. 🔄 Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged in full. 💳 Payments Packages are paid in full before services begin. Hourly services are billed as agreed at booking. Services may be paused for overdue payments. 💰 Refunds & Unused Sessions Packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions must be used within the package timeframe. Extensions may be granted at Radiant Star’s discretion in special circumstances. 🧑⚕️ Care Standards All services are provided by trained caregivers and tailored to each client’s needs.
